1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms in full, you may not use our services or website.

2. Services Offered

Caravan On Rent provides fully equipped, chauffeur-driven caravans, RVs, and motorhomes for outstation travel across India. We do not offer self-drive rentals.

3. Booking Process

• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

• The remaining 50% must be paid at least 1 day before the departure date.

• Bookings can be made via our website, phone, WhatsApp, or direct communication.

• Final confirmation is subject to availability and receipt of payment.

4. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit (amount depends on vehicle type and travel duration) is required before the start of the tour. The deposit may be adjusted against:

• Any interior or exterior damage

• Loss of property or fittings

• Violation of terms or misuse of vehicle

5. Inclusions & Exclusions

Included in Rental:

• Chauffeur/driver services

• Fuel, Tolls, interstate taxes,

• Basic vehicle insurance

• Onboard amenities as listed per caravan type

Not Included:

• GST (As per govt. norms), Any parking (As actual usage)

• Meals and accommodation for the driver (if not pre-arranged)

• Personal travel insurance

• Any form of damage or loss caused by negligence

6. Vehicle Usage Guidelines

• Smoking, hookah, or open flames are strictly prohibited inside the caravan.

• Alcohol consumption is allowed only when the vehicle is stationary and parked in a safe and legal location.

• No unlawful, unsafe, or unauthorized activities are permitted inside or outside the vehicle.

• The caravan must not be overloaded or misused.

7. Driver Policy

• All vehicles are operated by experienced chauffeurs appointed by Caravan On Rent.

• Customers are expected to treat drivers respectfully.

• For multi-day trips, suitable accommodation and meals for the driver must be arranged by the client (unless included in the package).

8. Delays, Breakdown & Limitations

• We perform regular vehicle maintenance, but unforeseen mechanical breakdowns or delays may occur.

• In such cases, Caravan On Rent will provide support or alternate arrangements to the best of its capacity.

• We are not liable for tour disruptions caused by weather, traffic, strikes, roadblocks, or force majeure.

9. Insurance

All caravans are covered by comprehensive commercial insurance. This does not include:

• Personal belongings

• Trip cancellations

• Personal accidents

• Unreported or unauthorized use

Customers are advised to carry their own travel insurance for coverage.

10. Responsibilities & Liabilities

• The customer is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and avoiding misuse of the caravan.

• Any damage, theft, or loss during the rental period will be chargeable.

• Caravan On Rent shall not be liable for any personal injury, property loss, or delays during the tour.

11. Website Usage

All content, designs, images, text, and information on www.caravanonrent.co.in are intellectual property of Caravan On Rent and may not be copied or reused without permission.

12. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi.
