Overview

At Caravan On Rent, we value your time, trust, and travel plans. Due to the exclusive and limited availability of our luxury chauffeur-driven RVs and motorhomes, we adhere to a strict payment policy to ensure guaranteed and professional service to all our customers.

1. Booking Confirmation

• The booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of a 50% advance payment of the total rental amount.

• For example:
  ✔ Advance Payment: ₹1,12,000
  ✔ Total Rental: ₹2,25,000

• Once we receive the advance payment:
  ✔ Your selected dates will be blocked.
  ✔ The vehicle will be reserved exclusively for your tour.
  ✔ A booking confirmation will be issued via email or WhatsApp.

2. Final Payment Before Departure

• The remaining 50% of the rental amount (₹1,13,000) must be paid on the day of departure, before the vehicle is released from your starting point in Delhi.

• Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer, UPI, NEFT, RTGS, or Cash (as mutually agreed).

🚐 The vehicle will not be moved or dispatched from the starting point unless the final payment is received in full.

3. Important Notes

• All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).

• Delays in final payment may lead to departure delays or cancellation, for which Caravan On Rent will not be held responsible.

• All payment receipts and confirmations will be shared digitally for your records.
