Our caravan rental charges range between ₹80 to ₹120 per kilometer, depending on the vehicle type and route. This is inclusive of:

• Vehicle rental charges

• Crew travel allowance

• Fuel expenses

• Toll taxes

• Interstate/state taxes (RTO charges)

Minimum distance: 250 km per day. Distance is calculated garage to garage (Delhi-based).

2. What additional charges should I be aware of?

Our pricing is transparent with no hidden charges. However, the following exclusions apply:

• GST as per applicable rates

• Parking charges (actuals)

• Drinking water and groceries (client's responsibility)

• Generator usage: ₹300/hour (if used for A/C or power supply when engine is off)

3. What is included in a caravan rental package?

Our standard caravan rental packages include:

• Professional chauffeur & assistant/crew

• Bedding and sleeping arrangements

• Onboard kitchen (with fridge, induction, microwave)

• Clean washroom with shower

4. What are your caravan models and how many people can travel?

We offer a variety of luxury caravans and RVs that can accommodate from 4 to 10 people comfortably. Each vehicle is custom-built with family-friendly interiors and modern amenities for long-distance travel.

Yes, we highly recommend booking in advance, especially during weekends, holidays, and peak seasons. Early booking ensures availability of your preferred caravan model and better travel planning.

8. How do I calculate the distance for pricing?

The distance and time are calculated from our Delhi garage to the return point (garage to garage). This includes the travel to your pickup point and back after drop-off.

9. What is the minimum number of kilometers required per day?

We have a minimum daily limit of 250 km, whether or not you travel that distance. If you exceed 250 km/day, charges will apply as per the per-kilometer rate agreed upon.

Some of our vehicles are pet-friendly. Please inform us in advance if you're planning to travel with pets so we can allocate the appropriate model.

The per-kilometer pricing does not include GST. GST is applied as per government rates and will be added to your final invoice.
